Meka Matthews
Meka is a Registered Psychotherapist with over seven years of experience in mental health and brain injury. She offers a warm, trauma-informed, and relational approach, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the impacts of trauma and attachment wounds.

Meka specializes in supporting adults (18+) who are navigating stress, life transitions, trauma, including PTSD/C-PTSD, attachment wounds, relational challenges, anxiety, adverse childhood experiences, and sexual assault/abuse.

Meka offers both in-person in St. Catharines, Ontario and virtual therapy sessions. She is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, with occasional Saturday availability from 9:00AM to 2:00PM.
Audrey Rutter
Audrey is a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and over ten years of experience working alongside the community. She brings a compassionate and person-centred approach to supporting individuals in their healing and growth.

Audrey specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, low mood, and major life transitions. Her areas of focus also include disordered eating, chronic dieting, binge eating, body image and self-esteem concerns, gender and sexual identity exploration, ADHD, and neurodivergence.
