Gentle Care for Mind, Body, Soul

Gentle Care for Mind, Body, Soul

The name Vera Wellness is rooted in two meanings that guide the heart of our work.

It is inspired by the aloe vera plant, a symbol of healing and nourishment. Like aloe, we believe in a gentle, supportive approach that encourages growth, healing, and wellbeing from the inside out.

Vera also comes from the Latin word for truth. At Vera Wellness, we show up as humans first and therapists second. We value genuine connection and the courage it takes to be seen as you are. Therapy becomes a space where you can let out the breath you’ve been holding, speak honestly about what hurts, and slowly rediscover the parts of yourself that have been protecting you for a long time.

Vera is a commitment to authenticity, to meeting you with compassion and curiosity, and to honouring your story with care. It is a place where truth and healing meet — where you can reconnect with yourself and feel supported through every step of your journey.
